Here’s my story…

I started baking around eleven years old. Baking was a daily occurrence in my life back then. The baking experience felt spiritual for me. It was soothing, peaceful, and calming. I baked with a gentle focus that felt meditative.

For many years I’ve mulled over the idea of starting my own baking business. I’ve baked for many friends and family and co-workers throughout the years. My baking style is simple, with a focus on freshness and great taste.

In the last year, I decided to make the dream a reality. In thinking of a business name, I remembered the feelings I felt when I baked as a young girl. Baking felt so zenlike.

Thus, the business name was born... Baking is my Zen...sweet nibbles for the soul.

And so, I now journey on to start my baking business for it makes my heart sing, smile and rejoice.

I’ve worked in the financial sector for many years. A corporate acquisition accelerated my push to this point in my life. I am grateful, for this lead me toward realizing my dream.

 

  Weddings were a big part of my life years ago.

  Sang and played guitar for many wedding ceremonies.

  Now, I have the honor of providing a different venue…Edible Wedding & Party Favors.
